On a recent visit to North Carolina to visit my sister I was treated to a new dish that is simple to make but a bit different from what I usually create. Love me some new flavors! So, here ya go, hope you enjoy.
8-12 oz of angel hair pasta
4 boneless chicken breast, cooked, diced
4 cups cooked broccoli florets
4 cups sliced carrots
Sauce: 4 Tablespoons soy sauce, 1 cup Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing (Light), 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers, 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Boil chicken with sliced carrots and prepare noodles as directed. Steam broccoli. Mix sauce ingredients. Combine veggies, pasta and chicken then pour sauce over and stir to coat. (Leftovers can be eaten chilled, too!)
