Pantry Raid #12: Loaded Baked Potato

ground beef on potatoYeah for microwaves and freezers! I admire those “natural” people who are able to function from the dirt up without the magnetic forces and electrical vibes of modern machinery. I seriously don’t know how they have time to grind the grain, gather the eggs, or whip the cream. Tonight’s creation was a baking potato zapped in the micro with reheated browned beef from the freezer.

After the potato is zapped in the micro (or it can be baked in the oven), cut the top and squeeze both ends toward the middle to bow it open. Put a pat of butter and/or some cream cheese in the middle. Top with thawed and heated ground beef (that had previously been browned with diced onions and garlic). Additional toppings to follow can be: broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream.
