For our Christmas Dinner, Corban was preparing okonomiyaki, a Japanese meal prepared on a large electric skillet in the middle of the table. He had prepared this for me when I visited him in Osaka, Japan. For the soup course, he made miso soup. Yeah! A guest blogger! (I will give you the information when I get it.) I can at least tell you that it has miso paste and sea weed in it with cubes of tofu. Now, doesn’t that just sound yummy!!???
