Cookbook Update #12: Almost 1/2 there and Shredded Beef Dip

To celebrate, I’m posting an easy, delicious recipe:

Shredded Beef Cheese Dip

 1 small jar of dried beef, shredded and minced

1 small bell pepper, finely chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 8-oz package of cream cheese

Mayonnaise, to taste

Optional: a drop of hot sauce

Combine all.  Can be served in a bowl or shaped into a ball.  Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Option: make into a ball and roll in fine bread crumbs.
