Sour Cream Apple Spice Cake
Mix together and pour into a greased & floured 9×13 pan or a Bundt pan:
1 butter yellow cake mix, 1 stick of butter, 3 eggs, 1 ¼ cup sour cream, 1 Package (minus 1 Tablespoon) of Raven’s Spice mix, and 2 peeled and diced crisp apples
Bake (until golden brown) 45-48 minutes at 350˚ Cool.
Top with mixture of 1 Tablespoon of Raven’s Spice mix, 3 Tablespoons softened butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream, and 3 cups powdered sugar.
