Natalie’s Oreo Truffles

Simple but scrumptious.  Crush a 16 oz bag of oreos and mix with an 8 oz package of softened cream cheese.  Put in refrigerator to chill.  Then, roll into small balls and coat with dipping chocolate or almond bark.  Place on waxed paper to harden.

Options: Add a teaspoon of vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint flavoring to mix before chilling.
