Only four more open days (with 3 nights!)

The Last Dinner on the Titanic is coming up!!! Six of the eleven courses will be served. So, I’ve got to start cooking. Hope to make the Punch Rose tomorrow which is a “rose water slushie” and the Potage Saint Germaine which is a delicious English pea soup. Hope to post the recipes for these soon. Oh, and the menu calls for squab. Anyone know what that is? And, dress up for the dinner…
