What would you do if the world gave you limes?
Again, I have been on the receiving end of free food. This time I have limes, a number of them. I don’t use them as a main ingredient but as garnish. Seems a waste to have so many and not do something special with them. What would you do?
Please leave your suggestions and, if you have it, a recipe. I might even be able to do more than one recipe, who knows!!!

Bake some lime cupcakes with raspberry icing, yum! Or you could do some chili lime chicken or honey lime chicken enchiladas!

yum, how do you make lime cupcakes? just add lime juice to regular cake batter? or is there a special recipe?
You can just add the juice of one lime and some zest to whatever your favorite cupcake recipe is, or you could use my key lime cupcake recipe with regular limes instead!

Make Limeade
Easy and yummy dessert:
Fake Key Lime Pie
1/2 C lime juice
1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 8oz. tub cool whip
Blend all and fold into a pre- made graham cracker crust
Top with a generous amount of lime zest
Freeze and enjoy a BIG piece!
